Chandra began collaborating with Valerie Methot on the design and technical aspects of the Youth Theatre Project in 2002 when Valerie first proposed the idea as artist in residence at the Roundhouse. After many years of being involved in the production side of youth theatre projects, Chandra is excited to be a part of the Some Assembly Arts Society board. In addition to youth theatre projects, Chandra has done costume and make-up design for Marbles (written and directed by Valerie Methot), and The Maids (written by Jean Genet and directed by Valerie Methot). She has also worked on community art projects with Public Dreams Society, Welfare State International, and All Change Arts in England. Currently, Chandra works designing and activating parks, playgrounds and public spaces in the City of North Vancouver.
